AM Perfumes Return Policy

At AM Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns under the following conditions:

Return Period
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Product Condition
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused or lightly used with 90–95% of the perfume remaining, and with all packaging intact.

Return Process
Contact our customer support at amperfumes.store@gmail.com or 03237086590 to request a return. Ship the product back to us. Returns should reach us within 5-7 working days. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive your returned product.

Exclusions
Personalized or heavily used products may not be eligible for return. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
